Cat Lover....
Another great day out I just love to see the sun.
You can tell from this image that she is enjoying the great outdoors too. The sweet bird flying near her head and her cat at her side.
This is a stamp from Stamp N Plus Scrap N. It is called the Cat Lover and is one of the stamps from the Patti's Kids line.
I like the way pink and orange look together so I decided to use those colors. I took some textured paper and rubbed pink and orange chalk on it. I added an orange ribbon to the side of the image. The image was colored with Copic markers. I added a flower and a brad to finish her off.
Hope you enjoyed this card and glad you stopped by.
Happy Stamping :)

Life Happens... and it does!
I had so much fun with this stamp I decided to do a few variations of cards with him. Again this is a stamp from Stamp N Plus Scrap called boy w/star. It is one of the stamps from the Patti's Kids line.
The star is a great place to put anything you want to say. So today I chose Cheer Up after I chose the background paper of Life Happens, and it does.

I used my favorite shades of colors here too, blues and browns. I used my Copic markers to color the image. I chose 3 snaps for the finishing touch.
Hope you enjoy today's card. Please feel free to leave me a comment on what you think. I love to hear from you.
Thanks for stopping by and taking a look. Tomorrow will be another Patti's Kids, but a different fun stamp. Come back to see who it is.
Happy Stamping :)

Miss you so much...
What a great week I have had. I officially started to design cards for another company so that is two now. Yahoo, I am so happy about that. I was able to trade some older Stampin Up stamp sets for 39 New Copic Sketch markers. I went down to the mail box two days in a row and found envelopes full of new stamps one from each of the company's I design for.
The image that I made today if from one of those new stamps. This is a Patti's Kids stamp. They can be found at Stamp N Plus Scrap N. This is called boy w/star.
This card is not in the traditional sense. I used a cd to create the background. I used alcohol inks to color the cd and this was fun.
Next I took momento ink to stamp the boy w/star image. I colored the image with copic markers. I made a tag from my sizzix machine. I distressed the edges of the tag to give it a dirty look. Lastly I placed pop dots on the back of the image and placed him on the tag.
I love the fact that his pants and the star have the same feel as the background. Tell me what you think of this card, please leave a comment.
Thanks for stopping and as always happy Stamping.

I love to Iris Fold...
This is a very small example of Iris Folding and could be one of my first ones. It is a small heart above the cat. I took gold wrapping paper to make the heart.
This is one of the many Iris Folding stamps that you can find at Stamp N Plus Scrap N. If you never tried Iris Folding start simple and then go for the harder ones.
I just love the cat done here in patterned paper. Such a simple easy card but still looks great.
Thanks for stopping by and taking a look at my cards. Please feel free to leave me a comment as I love to hear from you.
Happy Stamping! :)

Something quick...
Just need a quick summer card and this is what I came up with. The stamp is from Stampin Up. The colors remind me of summer.
The card literally took under 5 minutes to make. These would make great invitations to a BBQ.

Brown & Blue
Just had a challenge with a few friend with the colors brown and blue. I hate to say this but brown is for me the easiest color to use with another color.
Since I have been playing with my Hanna Stamps, I came up with this.

This is what I do on a rainy day.........
Since it is raining again here. I decided to create some cards. I wanted to do something different. So I decided to work with my Hanna Stamps. I love these stamps, they make great cards. But even better they are defiantly stamps that you can use while scrapbooking. Too bad the company went out of business. I am sure you can find some on eBay though if you look.
So my card today with the Gothic Hanna. She reminds my of my Niece Miranda. So today's card is for Miranda!
I used several layers of texture paper. I colored her with Copics. Still waiting for more markers to find there way to my house. I added two rhinestones for a little bling.
Feel free to leave a message with your thoughts.
Thanks for stopping by and looking.

There is something new on my blog page....
There is something new on my blog page, can you find it? I really excited about it too. let me know if you see it. If not I will tell you in a day or two.....
It's not my haircut, even that is pretty new. Thought I would put a photo up of the stove me and my hubby put in. The slate behind it was all hand picked by us near a river. We brought it all home washed it several times. We then had the fun task of putting it all together. I just love how it turned out and it keeps us cozy and warm.
Thanks for stopping.

More fun with Patti's Kids....
How I wish I had a cat. I love cats, but i love the freedom of leaving home and not having to worry about animals. I guess you can't have it both ways.
This cat reminds me of one my mother-in-law had. He was a large grey cat that had a mind of his own. he would take off for days.
Stamp N Plus Scrap N has so many varieties of stamps it is hard to choose favorites. But, if I was to pick any it would be Patti's Kids and Iris Folding. This card is featuring another one of Patti's Kids. It is called Amy & Rascal. Rascal would have been a great name for my Mother-in-laws cat.
I used a grey paper that had texture to it and matted with the purple. I added the ribbon and two pearl hearts to finish it off. Amy and Rascal are done on vellum and colored with Stampin Up markers.
Hope you enjoy. Thanks for stopping. Love to hear from you.

Shaving Cream fun...
What a busy week I had, time just got away from me. I had a baby shower to go to and didn't even take a photo of the cute card I made. This week looks like it will be a little slower. Having lunch with a good friend tomorrow.
Well onto today's cards. Here it is.
This is another stamp that you can find at Stamp N Plus Scrap N. It is one of the Robar stamps. I just love all the kid stamps. This one is of a girl playing with her pail n the sand.
This card has a few different elements to it. I first took glossy card stock and dipped it into a mixture of ink and shaving cream. This is a fun technique as you never know what you will get till it is done. Then I stitched around the edges of the background papers. I added a few colorful buttons. Then added the work Thank You, which is another stamp from Stamp N Plus Scrap N.
Hope to have more time this week to play with my stamps. I love to hear your comments so feel free to let me know what you think. Thanks for stopping by.
Happy Stamping...........Tammylee
