Hello Everyone! I have had a busy summer!
I have recently become the Water Fitness Instructor at our local YMCA and that is so much fun! I love seeing all the ladies twice a week. The best thing is that I get paid to exercise. Who knew that at 54 I would make fitness a major part of my life. I have been busy with my crafting as well. Here are some of the fun things I have been working on.
